Mother anxious about RBTs taking child out, not allowing child to go out to garden in case they fall, or to the park as child needed to go with RBT. 

Mother asking RBTs to text her every time they moved somewhere with the child, causing anxiety on RBT since there are difficulties using phone to answer text often during the day, especially in school. 

We addressed anxiety gradually in one setting and situation at a time to the point client now feels they can trust us more. We have some set procedures in place to help them feel reassured and someone they can text in management if they would like to clarify any areas.
